About the lithium-ion battery in your ENVA

ENVA batteries use lithium-ion technology. Lithium-ion batteries charge quickly, are long-lasting, and currently provide the best technology to power your vape.

All rechargeable batteries are consumable component that become less effective as they get older—and their age isn't determined only by time. A battery's lifespan depends on its chemical age, which is affected by factors such as its temperature history and charging pattern. As your battery ages chemically, its charging capacity gets smaller.

Your battery's maximum capacity

Maximum battery capacity measures the device battery capacity relative to when it was new. A battery will have lower capacity as the battery chemically ages which may result in fewer puffs between charges. Depending upon the length of time between when your vape was made and when you start using it, your battery capacity may show as slightly less than 10%.

A normal battery is designed to retain up to 80% of its original capacity at its maximum cycle count when operating under normal conditions. The one-year warranty includes service coverage for a defective battery.

What are the ENVA Warranty and Return Policy

Each ENVA device comes with a 1-year Manufacturers defect warranty.

The following instances would void your ENVA warranty:

  1. Water damage
  2. Lost/Stolen device
  3. Smashed devices (dropped from a high distance)
  4. Broken Lanyard Slot

If you have a device that was not damaged in the mentioned instances and you are experiencing what appears to be a manufacturer’s defect, we are more than happy to stand behind the provided warranty.  Please contact the retailer where you device was purchased, and provide your original purchase receipt.
